2025 Zone Meetings

Zone 1 Meeting

Saturday 26th July 2025; 10:00am - 1:00pm

What to expect: Our theme is company wellbeing, nurturing wellbeing and fun during rehearsals and performance.

We have a confirmed guest speaker, Jack Lawton, running a meditation session with Tibetan singing bowls, with more exciting speakers to be confirmed.

The meeting is also combined with the NAPTA Trust AGM, providing a great networking opportunity within the zone. 

 No cost; anyone interested in community theatre is welcome.

Zone 3 Meeting

Saturday 23 August; 1pm - 3pm

What to expect: Come expecting to network, share and learn from one another. Find out what is new from Musical Theatre New Zealand. Connection with other members in the Zone is a top benefit. 

No cost; anyone interested in community theatre is welcome.

Conflict and harassment policies and procedures, insurance and Governance updates

12.30pm - 1.15pm  - lunch; there are lots of food outlets nearby, stretch your legs and check out Mosgiel

1.15pm - 2pm Round the Societies catch up and info sharing

2.00pm  OSTAs AGM, election of office bearers and reports.  Question time. 

3pm  Close of day with tour of facilities and wardrobe
